We had our first rest day today. I got plenty of rest in the morning and then put in a 3,000ft, 20 mile bike ride up a nearby mountain. I'm not use to that kind of climbing. Thanks goes out to Bob Roll who let me use his Specialized bike. This is a photo of our hotel. We are near Grenoble France. The tour continues but unfortunately our Texas hero Lance Armstrong was involved in 3 crashes and lost 12 minutes to the leaders. Too much time to make up. We still have Levi Leipheimer to root for.
